LYHA Player Registration 2024-2025

Welcome to 2024-25 LYHA Registration!

Player registration will be completed online again this year.  You will have the option to pay registration costs upfront or 2 payment installments.  The first installment will be collected at time of registration and the second will be  automatically deducted from the SAME ACCOUNT on January 15th, 2025.  If you wish to use a different account to pay the 2nd installment balance, please log in to your SportsEngine account BEFORE 01/15/2025 to update your account information.

The online payment is only for registration.  At the time of tryouts, you will need to bring checks and additional information as outlined in Step #3 below.


Step 1:

Each player must first register with USA Hockey.  Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation number. You will need this number to complete LYHA online registration.

       


Step 2:

Complete LYHA Player Registration. 

Please register your player(s) for the age appropriate level. If your player tries out for, and makes a team at a higher level, any additional registration fees will be collected on the first day of practice.

PeeWee/12U (Birthdate: June 1, 2011 to May 31, 2013) $450
Squirt/10U (Birthdate: June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2015) $425
Mite and Mini Mite (Birthdate on or after June 1, 2015) $200
First Time Hockey Player $0

Step 3:

Bring the following to tryouts or first practice: 

  • Fundraising Fees - Our annual Gun Raffle Fundraiser is held in the Spring and is our largest fundraising event of the year! We ask each family to sell a minimum  of 15 tickets to the event. Each family is required to prepay for their 15 tickeys at $30 per ticket ($450 total). Please write a check for $450 made out to LYHA and dated 4/1/2025 Since you prepaid for the tickets, any money raised from selling the tickets is yours to keep. This check will be cashed 4/1/2025. 
  • Volunteer Fees - Each family is required to complete a minimum of 10 volunteer hours. Please write a check out for $300 to LYHA for the Volunteer Fee. This check will not be cashed and will be returned to you after successful completion of your 10 volunteer hours. If you choose to not volunteer and pay the $300 volunteer fee instead, please let us know that.
  • Equipment Rental Fees (Optional) - If you are renting equipment from LYHA, please write a check out for $200 for the Equipment Rental Fees.  This check will not be cashed and will be returned to you after you have turned in all equipment in good condition at the end of the season.
  • Copy of player's birth certificate.  (For FIRST TIME players ONLY.)
  • Parent Signature Page printed and signed by ALL parents/guardians acknowledging review of the Parent Code of Conduct and the volunteer and fundraising responsibilities.
