La Crescent Youth Hockey Tournament Cancellation Policy:

Effective May 20, 2026: Teams that withdraw from a LYHA Tournament will be refunded their entry fee (less credit card processing fees) provided a team representative notifies the LYHA Tournament Coordinator by email at lyha.tournaments@gmail.com more than 90 days in advance of the start of the tournament. For cancellations less than 90 days, a refund will only be given if a replacement team can be found. If the spot is filled at a discounted rate, the refund will be equal to that amount. No refund will be given if a free registration is required to secure a replacement team.

***Teams that registered prior to May 20, 2026 will be honored under the previous 45-day refund policy.
